There are many ways to get involved with Sidepost Umbrella. We have opportunities for people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Some of the ways our volunteers help us include:
- Running errands and providing companionship for seniors
- Helping with events and activities
- Assisting with work, repairs, and administrative tasks around the home

Step 2: Get Matched With A Senior
When a senior in your neighborhood needs help, we will match you with them based on your skillset and availability.
Step 3: Make A Difference In Your Community!
That’s it! Once you’re matched with a senior, it’s up to you to make a difference in their life. Whether you’re helping them with yard work, running some errands, or just being a friendly face to chat with, your efforts will be greatly appreciated.

We offer flexible scheduling – We do not require our volunteers to commit to a certain number of hours per week or month. You can volunteer as little or as often as you like.
